Jeffree Star Deceased Velour Liquid Lipstick

Deceased is the one shade I picked up from Jeffree Star's holiday collection, and I'm glad I snagged it because it sold out so fast! You can currently only grab it in the Holiday Bundle with the rest of the shades in the collection.

Deceased is a super pretty mauvey purple. When I first received it, it was darker than I thought it would be, but I actually really like it on myself. It's a purple without being too out-there and bright. As much as I love purple, I think bright purples look awful on me so I love this one!

Jeffree's matte lipsticks are pretty drying, but I find that using them over a lip liner tends to help a lot. As far as staying power, they have never been super long lasting on me. They definitely don't last through eating and drinking like a lot of others do. I was happy that this one has no scent at all, as I'm sure I've mentioned before that a lot of my Jeffree Star lipsticks have a cat pee smell to them (gross) that disappears as soon as they're dry, but is unpleasant nonetheless. Even the ones that were supposed to be "root beer" scented smelled slightly like root beer but that cat pee scent took over!
