L.A. Girl has come out with some matte liquid lipsticks, and they are GREAT for the price. That being said, they do have a few faults to them. I'll go over that in more detail in a minute, but let me tell you the best place to get them from! They retail for $5 on the L.A. Girl site, but the shipping alone is $7, which is ridiculous. I found them on iKateHouse for $3.99 each and their shipping is only $3.95. A much better deal! Even better? It shipped the same day and got to me in 2 days - insane!

These Glazed Lip Paints from L.A. Girl have been getting a lot of attention for being strikingly similar to the new Too Faced Melted Lipsticks. At only $4, they are $17 cheaper than the Too Faced ones. But do they perform as well? I picked up 3 of them, and I'm going to go over the similarities and differences between these and the Too Faced Melted Lipstick.

I have been looking forward to these for quite some time! These are the new L.A. Girl 3D Effect Holographic Effects Polishes! Let me first say that my camera does not do these polishes justice - I tried my best to capture the holo effect, but unfortunately it was overcast outside when I took all the photos! They are absolutely stunning when out in the sunlight, I am in love with all of the colors!

First up is 3D Silver - this is the standard silver rainbow holo that every holo collection comes out with - but it is insanely packed with glitter and looks good over virtually any color polish. And of course, even by itself if you use 3 or 4 coats (2 coats are pictured on the swatch)

Electric Coral is a bright orange with holo glitter. Very opaque with 2 coats!

Porbably my favorite, this one is Teal Dimension. It's a deep teal with holo glitter.

Purple Effect is a plummy purple with holo glitter. This one takes a few coats to become opaque, but so worth it!!

Dazzling Pink is probably the most sheer besides 3D Silver - but pretty nonetheless! It is a peachy pink with holo glitter.

Brilliant Blue is a gorgeous deep navy blue with holo glitter. This one is definitely opaque with 2 coats.

Sparkle Ruby is VERY opaque, even with one coat - but this is the one where the holo shows up the least out of all of them. But you can still definitely see it, so that's saying something - none of them are duds!!

Black Illusion is just perfection. It is a black with holo glitter and absolutely gorgeous, Opaque in 2 coats! I've had polishes like this before that have totally failed because the black comes out so sheer, but this one is a total hit. In love!!
