Studio Gear Wet/Dry Mineral Foundation & Serum

No comments :
Studio Gear is a brand I was introduced to not too long ago when I was sent their lip stains to review. I loved those, so when I had the chance to review a few more products, naturally I accepted!

Today I have for you a brush, a serum, and an AMAZING foundation. First I will talk about the brush.

This is their "Domed Foundation Brush," #3.
It has a nice weight to it, feels really well made, and the bristles are SO SOFT!!
It is super duper dense, so it's perfect for buffing in the mineral foundation. I haven't even used another brush for it since I got this, I'm in love with it. You know those brushes that you just want to rub all over your face because they feel so nice? This is one of those!

Then there is the Revitalizing Day Serum.

This is a clear gel that comes in a pump bottle, which I like because that keeps it sanitary. You are supposed to use a small amount of this after applying your moisturizer for the day. It works like a primer to make makeup application smoother. I will say if you're oily like me, use the TINIEST bit of this because it can feel sort of greasy. It hasn't broken me out or anything, but the first time I tried it I definitely used way too much and it didn't feel nice. This is going to be absolutely perfect for those of you with dry skin though, because it's insanely moisturizing.

Last but not least, this awesome Dual Intensity Mineral Wet & Dry Foundation.
I got it in the color Bisque, which I believe is their lightest one. I was very excited about this for 2 reasons. One, I prefer powder foundations. Always have. I feel like liquid just never looks right on me. Powders always blend in much better on my skin and don't leave me cake face-y. Secondly, this is so pigmented and finely milled, it's heavenly!

It comes with a sifter and you get 9g of product. Believe me, a little goes a long way! I normally don't enjoy sifters on powder products, but it's very necessary with this one lol. Using this with the foundation brush that they sent gives such a nice application, and it feels like I'm not wearing anything at all on my face. That is so important right now, because it's been super hot out and it makes me never want to wear face makeup!

I hope you guys enjoyed my review, and hope you'll go check out this brand because they have some really amazing stuff!
