Essence Liquid Lipstick in Peach Party

I was excited to see that Essence had some liquid lipsticks in their line, but honestly I can't figure out why they're called lipsticks and not glosses!
I picked up the color Peach Party, which is a light peachy pink. The packaging is very similar to the Maybelline glosses that came out a while ago, where it looks like lipstick inside the tube.
The applicator is flat on both sides:
It has a slight vanilla scent to it, nothing overpowering. It is a tiny bit sticky but not uncomfortable. It definitely has a lip gloss formula because it is very shiny and doesn't last too long. It's pigmented when swatched, but once you spread it out on your lips it's pretty sheer.
These are only around $3.99 so they're not pricey, but it's not something I would buy again. I'm not the biggest fan of gloss to begin with, so of course I'm not going to be a big fan of it. If you are a glossy lips fan, you should definitely give this a try!
