Hard Candy Glow All the Way Ombre Baked Blushes

I saw pictures of these Hard Candy blushes popping up online months ago and got super excited because they're ombres! Ombre blushes at drug store prices - they are only $7 each! Unfortunately there are only 2 shades to choose from right now, but these are amazing and I hope they will add more to the line!

This first one is Sunburst. It goes from a peachy champagne color to a bright pink:
The reason I like ombre products so much is because you can get multiple shades out of them - the peach shade makes a great hihghlighter, the pink is a great blush, and blending the 2 together gives you a lighter blush.
Here is the highlight shade, the pink shade, and the 2 mixed together.

This one is called Punch. It is a very light baby pink that goes into a bright pink.
Again, you can get 3 shades out of this. As you can see, the 2 blushes are pretty similar. I am definitely hoping they make more shades because not only are they pretty to look at, but they perform great too!

They are very shimmery, so let me get that out of the way first. If you don't like shimmery blush you will not like these. I usually love the baked products from Hard Candy, and these blushes are no exception. They are smooth and very pigmented, and they apply like a dream. At only $7, you can't go wrong with these babies. They are definitely some of my new favorite blushes!

I would love to see a pink-to-purple or maybe even a peach-to-orange blush added to the line, I think those would be fun! I appreciate that Hard Candy always seems to bring something new to the table in terms of drug store makeup, and it's always fun to see what they come out with next!

Hard Candy is sold exclusively at Walmart. If your Walmart doesn't have them yet, or if you don't live close to one, they are already up on their website.

  1. totally agree that they need more shades, these 2 are so similar! Also not a fan of how shimmery they are. some matte or even semi matte options would be awesome. excited about the idea of ombre blushes at the drugstore level but i will be even more excited when they are shades/finishes i would actually wear :P

    1. I would love to see them make a matte blush, period lol. All their blushes are always shimmery. As a matter of fact, all their powder products aside from the mattifying powders are shimmery or sparkly in some way lol we need to start a "make matte Hard Candy products" petition!
