Pure & Essential Minerals Dead Sea Mud Mask

No comments :

I received a Dead Sea Mud Mask from Pure & Essential Minerals recently and have put it to the test all week so that I can do a proper review for you all!

The packaging on this is pretty plain - just a white jar with writing on it. You get 6 oz. which is a ton, because you don't need much of this stuff each time you use it.
It is a light grey color and it isn't too thick - it's almost a gel consistency. You put a good layer all over your face (and neck if you like) and let it dry for 5 to 10 minutes. To remove it, you wet a washcloth with warm water and rub it in circular motions over your skin, then rinse off any excess.

The first thing I noticed upon applying this is that it stung a little bit. It does have a very strong peppermint/menthol scent, so that's probably why, but I was a little concerned. It doesn't get tight or uncomfortable as it dries, and it comes off easily. My face does feel really clean after using it, and even though it stings a little bit, it doesn't seem to irritate my face at all. I probably wouldn't recommend this for sensitive skin though, just in case!
The ingredients are all natural and the product is cruelty free, so that is always a plus! I definitely enjoy how clean my face feels after using this, I'm just not too crazy about the stinging of it.

You can purchase this mask at Amazon HERE.
