Breast Cancer Awareness Story featured on Her Campus!
A while back, I was asked by Her Campus if I had a breast cancer story that I could share for breast cancer awareness month. I definitely did, because my grandma has been through it twice, and wanted to share. I'd never done something like this before for another site, and wasn't too crazy about someone else editing my writing, but it turned out okay. If you'd like to read the article, here it is:
Sorry I'm posting about it so late - I didn't even think my story had made it onto the site because I never got to read a final draft of it and they didn't tell me they posted it. At any rate, hope you guys enjoy a piece from me that's about something other than makeup!
