Just Natural Skin Care

No comments :
Just Natural recently sent me some things to review. They only wanted me to review my favorite one, but quite honestly I love them all, so I want to run through them all with you!

First of all, they sent me a sample size of their Natural Facial Lotion.
This is GIANT for a "sample" and since a little bit of it goes a long way, I am going to have this baby for quite some time.
It is a thick cream that melts to the touch and sinks into your skin with little effort. As you may know if you've followed me for a while, I have oily skin but this stuff works fine for me. It's not too heavy, but like I said, a little goes a long way. It has an herbal scent to it, as most of their products do, but the scent fades away pretty much as soon as you rub it in, so if you're one that is sensitive to smells, it's not a big deal.

Now for the full-size products. This first one is Frizz Hair Shea Butter which retails for $26.99. You get a big 8oz. jar:
This stuff has a floral scent to it, very rosey. It is incredibly thick, and again, a little goes a long way!
Think of it like body butter for your hair. I use a dollop of this after I get out of the shower. I comb my hair and then rub it together in my hands and distribute it evenly throughout all my hair. It has been working wonders on my curly frizzy hair, especially since this summer has been so humid so far! Humidity and curly hair do not mix.

Next we have the Herbal Gel Relief. This retails for $24.99 on their website. I picked this because it is for dandruff and itchy scalp. You get 8oz. of product.
I have been having a tough time with itchy scalp lately, since the winter time actually. No matter what I try, I can't seem to get rid of it. Now, this stuff has been helping tremendously, and though I'm not crazy about the minty-menthol scent it has, I can't fault it because I've noticed a huge difference.
It is more of a thick cream than a gel texture-wise, but it works like a hair gel would. I put a little bit on my hands to work it into my roots/scalp first, then run some more through the rest of my hair. I have loved how my hair has been looking lately using just this and the Frizz Hair Shea Butter after I get out of the shower. This gives your curls a look like you used gel (especially if you put it in when it's wet and let it air dry), but it doesn't leave your hair feeling crispy or crunchy. I definitely have to recommend this one if you have an issue with itchy scalp!

Last but not least, we have the Skin Calming & Moisturizing Cream. This retails for $29.99 on their site and you get a giant 16oz. jar of it!
This is a thinner formula lotion, and it has a strong herbal scent to it which isn't the greatest, but again I can't fault it because it has been such a huge help with my dry skin! I have been mostly using it to shave my legs, which works AWESOME. I have always had very dry knees and I've noticed such a huge difference in just the week I've been using this. The herbal scent of it doesn't linger too long so I can get past it for something that works so well! If using it on your hands, I recommend to use a very little bit at a time, as it tends to turn white and then take a while to work into your skin. Other than that, it's pretty great stuff.
