Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade in Dark Brown

No comments :
I don't know why I waited so long to try this. I fell in love with it the very first time I used it! So many people in the beauty community have raved about the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade, but I kept thinking it was going to be way too dramatic for my liking and wouldn't work well at all. I changed my mind when I found out for myself how great it was!

It comes in a little glass pot, and pretty much reminds me of a gel liner packaging-wise.

I got the color Dark Brown after going back and forth between ordering this one or Chocolate. I finally chose this one, and I'm so glad because it ended up being the perfect shade for me!

I hope I'm not the only one who hates dipping into a product like this for the first time, because it looks so smooth and nice on top. Haha!

I use a thin, stiff angled brush to do my brows, and with that I can get super precise lines like this:

The formula of this stuff just glides on so smoothly and not only does it do an excellent job of filling in and shaping your brows, it also holds them in place however you want them to look! It gives you enough time to play around with it and blend before it sets, but once it's set it will not rub off/smudge/etc. It is also waterproof, which is pretty amazing if you get caught in the rain!

What I like to do is start by drawing a line along the bottom of my brows to kind of start the shape I want. Then I'll do a line along the top:

I'll then fill in everything else and do the tail, and most of the time I do the very beginnings of my brows with the Anastasia powder in dark brown, just to make it look not as harsh at the start of the brow.

I love this stuff so much! I've realized that yes, you can go dramatic with it and re-draw your brows however you want them, but you can also make them look very natural as well. If you've been putting off trying it for the same reason that I did, no worries! I hope you'll love it as much as I do!!

I also talk about the Dipbrow Pomade in this video:
