Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner

No comments :
Yet another thing I'm reviewing from my Rimmel box of goodies! These are the Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliners, in Nude and Black. The nude one came in cardboard packaging and the black one didn't, but they're the same thing just different colors!

The nude is like a concealer color. It is very similar to the NYX Wonder Pencil. I've been using it for my waterline because I like to do nude there - it's not as harsh as a bright white, and opens your eyes up nicely. I don't really like wearing black on my waterline unless it's for a special occassion/night out where I know it's only going to be on for a few hours, because it always collects at the inner corners of my eyes and looks a mess by the end of the day ESPECIALLY if I'm wearing it at work. So I stick to nude because it's safe! But I can honestly say this lasts nearly all day on the waterline. It just tends to fade a little at the corners. That is pretty impressive for a drugstore liner!

The black is nice. (Don't mind the sparkly eyeshadow stuck to it - I had already used this when I took pictures and couldn't get it all off!) I did test this on my waterline for a day, and it STAYED. There was just some minor fading in the outer corners but other than that, it didn't all clump up and migrate on me like most black liners do.

And now, a swatch of each! The nude seems to be slightly creamier than the black, but it's not that huge of a deal. Neither of them tug or pull, which is nice. These aren't *quite* as nice as the Jordana ones that I reviewed recently, but they are pretty good eyeliners and I like the fact that they last so long on my waterline - they might have to be my go-to waterline liners from now on!

I swatch these and talk about them here:
