NOTD - 1/10/13

I may start doing these kinds of posts more often if you guys enjoy them. But I just happened to grab for a few colors that worked really well together and made sort of a rainbow effect on my nails! They turned out way prettier than I expected so I wanted to share:
I started off with black - my favorite black polish to be exact, which is Ebony Hates Chris by Wet n' Wild. Over that, I put a shimmery snowman polish from Sally's Girl - it has pink/orange duochrome shimmer. It's s very sheer polish when used by itself, but over a dark color it is amazing. I topped that off with a Sinful Colors polish called Faceted. It was in their holiday collection and is violet glitter with iridescent blue/green bar glitter. It goes absolutely perfect over the pink/orange duochrome polish and gives it that awesome rainbow effect!
