This primer from Studio Gear definitely makes your face feel incredibly smooth and ready for makeup application! I've found that it also works perfectly with their wet/dry foundation for a flawless application. Let's take a peek at it!

I'm always a fan of products like this that have pump bottles. It just makes everything so much easier! A little goes a long way with this stuff, so you don't want to overdo it. A pea sized amount is more than enough for me personally.

This is a silicone based primer, so you can feel that "slippery" feeling as soon as you put it on, but it absorbs right into the skin, leaving it smooth and ready for foundation. It has absolutely no scent to it, either.

Once applied, it has a smoothing, mattifying effect on the skin. I was a bit worried that it might make me more oily, but after using it for a week I don't see much of a difference in my normal oil production, so that's a big plus!

This primer definitely works well to help makeup apply smoother and last longer. However, that's not all - this one is a little more special than your average face primer. It contains a sustained release liposome system with retinol that can help promote cell turnover and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as a milk protein complex that helps balance and protect the skin against environmental stresses. It also has optical diffusers to help enhance the "skin perfecting" effect.
