Influenster Revive VoxBox

You guys know I always like to post when I get a box from Influenster so I can show you what came in it, and this one wasn't TOO exciting, but I figured I would share anyway. The Reviove VoxBox!

Now if you're into health and fitness this box might appeal to you. I for one cannot stomach these protein powder shakes, but I bit the bullet and tried one anyway. Before I get into that, we'll go through everything in the box ...

This BodyTech shaker from The Vitamin Shoppe is pretty cool. I drink the Carnation Instant Breakfast shakes a lot when I don't have time for breakfast, and this will definitely come in handy. It mixes the powder really well and has a nice flip cap for the spout so it won't spill if you take it in the car :)

This piece on the inside is removable, and I'm guessing that aids in mixing everything up.

Then we received a 3 pack of compostable coffee pods, all from different brands.

I like iced coffee better than regular, so they will come in handy since it's summertime and that's pretty much the only time I drink it! These say they retail at $6.99 for a 12ct carton.

Then we have Shea Moisture Fruit Fusion Coconut Water Weightless Shampoo and Creme Rinse. These smell SO GOOD and made my hair really soft. I think out of everything in the box, these are the things I will seek out to buy full sizes of! A 13 oz. bottle of each of these retails for $10.99.

Snackwell's Caramel Macchiato Biscuit Thins. I'm not crazy about these, but they're okay. They have a coffee flavor to them and are sort of like a graham cracker. Retail is $2.98-$3.96.

Then we have the powders. The Next Step Cookies and Cream is the one I tried and while it did taste like cookies and cream, it had a really strong artificial sweetener flavor. I can't drink things with artificial sweeteners in them because (and I didn't know this until a few years ago) they aggravate migraines and can make them worse. For migraine sufferers like myself, it's best not to drink or eat artificial sweeteners. I've found that since I've been paying attention to what does and does not have them in it, I've had a lot less migraines.

The Whey Tech Pro 24 one is a strawberries and cream flavor, and the Plant Protein one is vanilla. I haven't tried either of those yet but I can tell you I probably won't enjoy them lol.

And that's it! I had been approved for 2 other boxes that I guess never went through, so hopefully in the future I'll have some more exciting ones to review for you all!
