Farmacy Skin Dew Hydrating Essence Mist + Setting Spray

No comments :
I recently received another awesome product from Farmacy to review for you guys! I have raved about their stuff before, and am happy to introduce this new face mist to you. It does a number of awesome things, and it feels so nice on the skin! Check it out.

First off, the packaging is pretty cool. It looks like a normal box, but when you open it up ...
It unfolds and has a plain white box inside with the bottle inside of it.
The bottle is 3.3 oz. and retails for $44 (you can purchase it HERE).
The nozzle is just a spray pump, and while it does come out as a mist, I wish it came out a little finer. You should be sure to hold it about 10 inches away from your face and just do a couple sprays to get your whole face coated.

It has a clean, almost plant-y scent to it, it's hard to explain. It's not an overpowering smell, and it goes away as soon as it dries. Now, as an oily skinned gal I have tried my fair share of setting sprays and I have to say, this one surprised me and is probably one of the best I've ever tried. It seems to help control my oily spots without drying out the dryer areas.

Upon reading about it to see what else makes it awesome, it contains the highest known concentration of the phytochemical cichoric acid, a potent natural antioxidant that helps to protect and firm skin by inhibiting the enzymes that break down collagen. It also tones, restores radiance, and freshens makeup.

As for how I use this? I find that I can use it 2 ways. First, I'll apply a mist of it over my face after washing my skin and applying my moisturizer. It helps to lock in the moisture and sets a good base for my makeup, almost like a priming spray. The second way, I will apply all my makeup first and then lightly mist my entire face with the spray to set it. Either way seems to really help my makeup last, and if I do both I feel like it's super stay-put for the day!

I hope you guys enjoyed this review and check out the spray if you're interested! Once again, you can purchase it (and other Farmacy products) at Sephora HERE.
