These new Hard Candy Fierce Effects Lipsticks are a great drugstore find. I have already reviewed one, but picked up this one the other day because I didn't realize they had a black! It's called Black Diamond, and reminds me of a shiny version of Kat Von D's Nayeon lipstick.
It doesn't have as much glitter in it once applied as it looks like it does in the tube, but it's still a really nicely pigmented black for only $5.
The formula on these lipsticks is super moisturizing, smooth, and creamy. Plus it smells like cherry, so that is a huge plus for me because I pretty much love cherry everything!
I would recommend using a black liner before applying this just because
the formula is so creamy - you can see in my lip swatch that I did not
use a liner, and it's feathering a bit at the edges. Other than that
this stuff is great! The other shade I have is a deep berry and I can get that one to wear for about 3 hours before it fades, but it fades evenly which is nice. This black tends to fade quicker, but I'm guessing that's because it's so dark!
