I've got four Ultra Matte Lips from ColourPop to share with you today - three are from the holiday collection (I know I'm late reviewing these!) And one is one I've been wanting that's always sold out.
The first one here is Platform. Once I tried it on, I did not like it on myself. It's a very yellowish nude and far too light for me:
Then we have Teeny Tiny. This is a dark mauve with a slight pink tone:
I like this one a lot! It's much darker than what I usually go for, but I think it looks nice and is definitely a winter color, for me anyway.
Scrooge is probably my favorite out of the holiday colors. This is a deep pinkish berry:
I love this one because it gets me out of my comfort zone - it's about as bold as you can go with pink without going full bright red lip!
Now the last one is a color that's been around a while but it keeps selling out. This one is Beeper, a brownish nude:
This turned out to be way more brown on me than I thought it would - it reminds me of the Viva Glam Gaga 2 shade. I do like it, but I'll have to be in the mood for a brown lip to actually wear it lol.
I have raved about the Ultra Mattes from ColourPop before so I won't go into it again, but I really do love these. They are so affordable and work just as well if not better than some of the $20 matte liquid lipsticks out there!!
