Catrice Liquid metal Gel Eye Pencil in Oceans Revobluetion
The last time I was shopping on the Ulta site, I saw that they had Catrice products. These liners were only $2.99, so I decided to pick one up and give it a try. The formula on this baby is AMAZING! I picked Oceans Revobluetion, which is a navy blue with lighter blue sparkles in it. The sparkles actually show up when applied, it glides on like a dream, AND it's a twist- up pencil! It doesn't get any better than this!
The blue shimmer in the liner is very, very small but so pretty.
Twist-up pencil liners are pretty much my favorite kind to use, just because I hate sharpening them. Not all of them have a nice formula, though. There's several that I dislike because they're too dry and tug at your eyes when you try to apply them. This one acts just like a gel (which is probably why it had "gel" in the name!) It is smooth, creamy, and super pigmented.
Seriously, if you haven't tried these yet - it's time to get one! I am already planning on getting more in my next Ulta order. I have been using this CONSTANTLY. It's blue, but I find it goes with a lot of looks because it's so dark. I just can't tell you how much I love this liner, and for $2.99 it's totally worth it!
