Rue 21 Truely Yours Lip and Cheek Stain in Coral
I have been impressed with Rue 21's makeup selection so whenever I see that they've added something new, I want to check it out. This is a lip and cheek stain in Coral, which was the only color available at the time I ordered.
You don't get much in the twist-up packaging, but you don't need a lot, which is a good thing.
As a cheek product, it's better for those with dry skin. I wouldn't
recommend it for oily skin types, because it has a very oily texture to
it that makes it want to slide off your face. It does, however, make a pretty good lip stain. Here it is with and without flash:
I do love the color, but as far as stains go, it doesn't last too long. It feels and acts more like a lip balm than anything else. It also has no scent to it (which is good if you want it as a blush - I hate scented face products!)
This retails for $4.99 but they usually have BOGO 50% off sales a lot on Rue 21's makeup. It's not the greatest product ever, but good to toss in your bag and have it for a quick lip color or flush of color for your cheeks!
