ColourPop Blush in More, Please and Rain
I was so excited to see some new blush shades for ColourPop's spring collection. These are bright, fun colors that look scary at first but actually apply pretty wearable.
More, Please is a pearlized finish. It's a magenta that has purple and pink shimmers in it.
This is SO pretty. I apply it with a stippling brush - I find that's the best way to put these on so that you can add a little at a time and not go overboard. They can be very pigmented if you just apply them with your fingers.
As you can see, when it's blended out it's quite a wearable pink! It has an almost duochrome effect to it when it hits the light, because of the purplish sparkles in there.
Rain is a matte finish blush. It looks like a dark purple in the pan, but actually applied much lighter than it looks.
For a cream blush, it is such a nice matte formula. It's easy to blend, which surprised me, and is nicely pigmented.
I've got to say, I love these blushes. The wear time on them is tremendous. I can wear these all day long and they still look the same at the end of the day. That is saying a LOT coming from someone with oily skin!
ColourPop blushes are $8 each and available at colourpop.com!
