The Kat Von D Shade + Light Eye Contour Brush is another double ended brush that comes in a "coffin" shaped case, much like the Shade + Light Contour face Brush.
I like that these brushes have a fancy case, and it's cool that they're double ended. The only thing I dislike really is that double ended brushes are impossible to store upright with my other brushes in my holder!
With this brush you get a pointed smudger on one end:
This comes to such a nice point, I have no other brush like this. It's really good for detail work and is perfect for getting in your inner corner. It is very soft and blends amazingly, so this one is definitely going to be my favorite new "inner corner" brush!
The other end of it is a rounded crease brush:
This one is really dense and nice for blending. I even tried it for concealer and it worked great for that as well.
Both ends clean really easily (I usually use Beauty Blender's Blender Cleanser to clean my brushes), and I haven't experienced any shedding. I love that they are super soft, they're just a pleasure to work with on the eyes. This brush is $29, which is pricey for a brush but when you think about it, it's really 2 brushes in 1 so it's not that outlandish. I enjoy this one and definitely suggest it if you don't have a super bugaboo about not being able to store it with the rest of your brushes!
I have a whole video on the new things I got from Kat Von D's spring releases - check it out here!
