The Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone is the one I originally wanted when I accidentally ordered Opal a while back. Though I ended up liking it, I found that it was a little darker then what I like to use for a highlight, and I have to use it ever-so-lightly to be able to pull it off. With this one, it is much lighter and just works so much better for me.
This has by far become my new favorite highlighter. It is perfect for my skin tone - it isn't super intense, but just shimmery enough for my liking.
I think you might be able to get away with wearing it very lightly all over as a finishing powder, but as I said when I reviewed Opal, I'm not sure why anyone would want to use these powders for anything other than highlighters.
It is extremely smooth and blends great, just as Opal did, but with this one I find it's not *quite* as shimmery, which is probably why it's such a popular shade. This seriously makes the perfect highlighter.
This lasts on my face all day long, which I am super impressed with. Here it is swatched heavily on the left and blended out on the right:
As you can see, it's pretty much a perfect highlighter for anyone with a fair complexion! It really does have the perfect amount of shimmer for my liking, but it can also be built up if you're feeling like you want a more dramatic highlight. I can't say enough good things about this powder!
