This stuff is interesting. I loved it the first few days I started using it, then was afraid I wouldn't be able to use it, and now after several weeks of sticking with it, it's my new favorite moisturizer. Let me explain ...
I got this on a whim because I needed a new moisturizer and didn't want to spend too much on one. The first few days that I tried it out, I was in love. It keeps my face matte all day long, which is a HUGE bonus because I get oily easily throughout the day. With this under my makeup, I didn't even need to wear primer. However, after the first 3 days I noticed that I was getting really dry, which never happens. It was like it was sucking the moisture out of my skin instead of hydrating it. This is why I got worried.
I decided to stick with it. Maybe my skin needed to get used to it, but after a full week I was back to loving it again. The dry patches went away and it kept me matte all day while still providing just the right amount of moisture. Now this is definitely not a heavy duty moisturizer - and clearly you wouldn't be buying it if you have dry skin anyway, so I will say it is DEFINITELY only for oily skinned people!
It comes in a little squeeze tube and was $6.99 at Ulta. You get 2.54 oz. which isn't bad, considering you don't need a ton of this. It is a thinner consistency as far as moisturizers go, but it sinks right into your skin and doesn't leave any odd feeling like you've got extra oil or something on your skin.
The scent is something I had to get used to. It smelled weird at first, but once I got used to it it just seems like a fresh clean scent. Aside from the fact that I had the few days of dry patches, I can easily say this is one of the best moisturizers I've ever used. I'm glad I gave it a chance and didn't just toss it aside after those first 3 days!
