Formula 10.0.6 Deep Down Detox Ultra Cleansing Mud Mask

No comments :
I discovered this Formula 10.0.6 brand at Ulta and this was the first thing I ever tried from them. It wasn't until I got the product that I read the back and saw that it is affiliated with Bonne Bell and aimed toward "young skin," but you know what? These products are stinkin' amazing! I realized I slack on the skin care reviews - I buy stuff and then put it in the bathroom and forget to review it, so I am going to start making sure I do more of these! Because I like everything I've tried from this line so far, I just had to share with you guys.

This is the Deep Down Detox Ultra-Cleansing Mud Mask. The first thing you'll notice it that is has an awesome fruity/citrus scent to it. I always like it when a face mask smells nice because, well, you have to smell it the whole time it's sitting on your face!
It does a great job of cleaning your face without over-drying it, so I would say this is a good one for all skin types. Whenever I use this, my face feels very clean and refreshed afterwards. It gets tight as it dries, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. The best way I can describe it is as a heavy duty cleansing mask that is gentle. I know that probably makes NO sense, but that's how I'm describing it lol!

The formula is thick, but it has a creamy, spreadable consistency. A little bit goes a long way - a small squeeze of this allows me to cover my whole face. That's a plus, because the tube has lasted me a long time. I use this mask a few nights a week and love it.

I'm not a teenager anymore, but I can tell you guys it has worked great for my skin! No irritation, no reactions, nothing. It says on the back that this line started in 1933 but I had honestly never heard of it until recently. I don't know where it's been all my life! The best part? These products are so affordable! These masks are only $5.99 and I can tell you, they work better than more expensive ones that I've used. I've only purchased them from Ulta, but a quick Google search showed that they're also sold at Walgreens (though they only have a small amount of the line available there), Amazon, and their own website, http://formula1006.com/, where you can buy everything in the whole line. I have another mask review and a moisturizer review coming up for you soon!
