I'm always trying new eyeliners, so I figured the new Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Precision Micro Eyeliner looked like a good one. This is a felt tip pen style liner, but it has a flexible tip so it's not super stiff. It comes to a really fine point and you can get super precise with it. Let's have a look!
There aren't too many felt tip pens that I actually enjoy. The Kat Von D Ink! Liner is probably my favorite, and this one is rather similar (design style, not formula - I'll get to that in a second!)
This liner is very black and doesn't bleed, which is great. There's nothing worse than putting on a nice black liquid liner and having it feather out on your eye!
I like the liner overall, but the claim to be waterproof is totally false. With waterproof liners, I always expect them to be a bit of work to take off at the end of the day. Not only will this wipe away if you rub at it once it's set, it also comes right off with ONLY water. So in that sense, it's a fail. If you're just looking for a regular felt tip liner though, it's pretty good!
