Fun Contacts for Halloween from SpookyEyes!

No comments :
Halloween costumes are always more fun with crazy contact lenses! SpookyEyes was kind enough to send me 2 pairs to review for you guys, so let me get right into it!

I'll be talking about the White Contact Lenses and the White Manson Contact Lenses from the SpookyEyes website. There are seriously SO MANY contacts to choose from on there, and I like that you can search by color, it's nice and organized.

The contacts come in individual little pods, like this:
They are of course filled with contact solution, but you need to have a contact case to store them in once you wear them once, remove them and clean them. These are year - long lenses which means as long as you care for them correctly, you can keep them for 12 months.

These are the white, and they are ones I've been wanting to try for a while!
They give your eyes a super creepy look:
I have brown eyes, so you can see that the white totally whites them out. My issue with colored contacts, however, is that I have the dreaded football shaped astigmatisms in both of my eyes. So , with colored lenses, the best way to describe it is like having no peripheral vision lol. It basically makes it to that I see a shadow around the edges because my pupils aren't round, they're football shaped. This is a huge bummer for me because I would love to be able to wear colored contacts daily! But, for something like Halloween, or a makeup tutorial or something, I could deal with it for the night.

Other than that, they are super comfortable and feel just like my normal clear contacts. They don't irritate my eyes or feel weird, and they're really good quality.

Next up are my favorite, the Manson lenses! These are just like the white ones, but they have a black ring around the rim of them and look awesome!
Again, super comfortable and easy to wear. My normal lenses are AcuVue Oasys and to me these feel exactly the same. I use the same contact solution on these as well, the BioTrue brand. Of course you can use any kind that you want, but that's my favorite one!

There are a TON of different contacts on the site, like I said, so you should check them out and grab some for Halloween!! It's SpookyEyes.com and both of these are under the "white" section, but  there's a whoooole bunch of other colors too!
