Urban Decay is doing something really cool that I didn't know about until July hit - my birthday is July 31st, so at the beginning of the month I got an email with a code for a free eyeliner! They let you choose any shade you want, you just have to place an order of any amount within your birthday month and add the liner of your choice to your cart. Naturally, I grabbed one I've been wanting for a while, which is Chaos.
Chaos is a true blue and it is also an eyeshadow in a few of their palettes. However, the shadow can be a little patchy/chalky, so I wanted this to use as a base underneath it to make it REALLY pop.
As with all of the 24/7 liners, it is smooth and creamy, and requires little effort to apply.
I do enjoy it for my lower lash line as well, though it is one of those liners I have to touch up throughout the day if I wear it there, because it wants to "melt" down away from my eye!
The color is great if you just want a pop of color on your eyes, or if you love wearing blue looks like I do! Maybe it's the 80's kid in me, but I have always loved blue eyeshadow and think if it's done correctly, anyone can pull off shades of blue!
