Too Faced Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush in Something About Berry

No comments :
The Too Faced Sweethearts blushes are something I saw a ton of online and thought I didn't want, but when I played with them in person I realized how gorgeous they are. I picked up Something About Berry because it seemed to have the most color payoff.

The first thing you notice is, of course, the heart shaped packaging that makes it look like a box of candy:

These blushes have 3 different colored strips of product inside, that you can use indivdually or mix them together.
This is a blush that looks overly shimmery and might scare a lot of people away at first glance, but once it is applied and blended, it really isn't as noticeable.

A closer look, with and without flash:
When I was swatching them in Sephora, the product felt a LOT smoother than the one that I ended up buying. I'm assuming that smooth texture must come with use, because the tester was pretty well-loved lol.

The 3 shades in Something About Berry are a pale pink, a gorgeous light peach with pink shift, and a hot pink shade. All 3 shades have a fine gold shimmer in them:
So if you angle your brush right or simply use a smaller brush to apply your blush, then you can definitely use these individually (that middle shade is to die for!!!) Here is what the 3 shades look like all blended together:
Believe me, when I swatched this for the first time I expected it to be a glitterbomb. Wayyyy less shimmery than it looks in the pan, right? I think that makes a lot of people think they won't like it. This is why I always try products in person that I'm "iffy" about when I see them online first!

I definitely hope this was a helpful review - I always get excited when I end up liking products that I wasn't expecting to. It's always a nice surprise and something I need to share on here with you all. And don't forget, you can always follow my blog on Bloglovin' to keep updated on my posts!

I talk about the blush more in my recent haul video:
