Kat Von D Ink! Liner in Trooper
I have never been a huge fan of felt tip liners, but when I saw that Kat Von D came out with one I had to give it a try. This is a lot like her Tattoo Liner, but this one has a fine felt tip whereas the Tattoo Liner has a fine brush.
This one is waterproof and I can tell you, it dries immediately and does NOT budge. I applied it to the back of my hand as I usually do when I swatch new products, and when I went to rub it to test the smearing factor, it didn't move one bit.
The box it came in was silver, which is a pretty cool change from the usual black packaging.
I love that though it is a felt tip applicator, it is very flexible. A lot of the time I'll try one and it's too thick and super stiff, so it just applies awkwardly and I end up not using it. With this, I have so much control over it and can wing the liner out without a problem.
The liner is super black and, as I said, dries pretty much as soon as you apply it. It dries to a shiny, wet-looking finish so if you're a matte liner lover, you may not enjoy that.
Ink! is the perfect name for this liner, because it stays on until you want to remove it. Luckily, despite its insane staying power, it isn't too difficult to get off with a little makeup remover!
