Julie G Frosted Gum Drops Polishes for 2013!

No comments :
You guys must KNOW how excited I am for these babies! Last year when the first set of Julie G Frosted Gumdrops polishes came out, I RAVED about them. To this day they are my favorite textured polishes, and believe me, I've tried just about every one out there! So this year there are 6 new colors just in time for the holidays. This year's lineup is more holiday-ish I guess you could say? There's a silver, gold, and green included and to me that just screams holidays. Last year's colors were gorgeous but more fun.
So here we go! The first one is appropriately called Silver Bells, and is a very sparkly silver:
I love that the glitter is so prominent in the Julie G polishes. A lot of other brands have glittery textured polishes, but I've noticed that the glitter can dull down a lot after it's painted on the nail. Not the case with these!

The next is Gift of Gold, a (of course) very sparkly gold:
For all the nail polishes I have, I am definitely lacking in golds. I just don't buy that color all that often, so this is a good one to have added to my collection!

Next is Ho Ho Ho. Though it should probably be red to go with the holiday theme, it is a rosey pink color:
This is definitely one of my favorites!

Mistletoe is a nice Christmas green:
There's hints of silver glitter in this one as well. Where last year's colors seemed to have several different colors of glitter, this year's colors are a little simpler.

Sleigh ride is an awesome aqua blue:
This is another with hints of silver to it.

And the last one, my favorite one this year, is Sugar Plum Fairy. It is a deep purple:
This one has silver, blue, AND purple glitters in it. So gorgeous!!

With all these colors I'm going to have to start on my holiday manicures NOW so I can get use out of all of them! And this isn't all - I've got a review of some Maybelline polishes coming up that you don't want to miss. I'm talking drool-worthy colors!!!!

If you would like to see my review of last year's collection, here it is. You can also see these in this video:
