NYC Applelicious Glossy Lip Balm
Let me start this review by saying I don't often buy NYC products just because all of the things I've tried in the past from them, I've been disappointed in. These caught my eye because they had cute little apples on the top, and I'm a sucker for cute packaging/products. It's been a few years since I've tried anything NYC, so I figured why not?
I got 2 shades - the darker one on the left is Apple Blueberry Pie and the one on the right is Pink Lady.
You can see the cute lil' apple on the top! At first I thought these weren't scented, probably because I had a cold...but after using them more I realized they have a slight apple scent to them, which is nice! The formula is smooth and feels nice on the lips. It gives your lips a sheer wash of color and a lot of shine. They're not very long-lasting, but decent.
Top swatch is Apple Blueberry Pie, bottom one is Pink Lady. You get a little more color with the darker shade, but these are really just a sheer wash of color for your lips. They are really nice for when you don't want to do much with your lips makeup-wise for the day, and I'm glad I found a new product from NYC that I enjoy!
