Wet n Wild Megalast Liquid Lip Lacquers

I picked up two of the new Wet n Wild Megalast Liquid Lip Colors - the hot pink on the top is the shade Back to the Fuchsia, and the bright bubblegum pink is Click on My Hyperpink. These have become one of my new faves. Here's why...

This is Click on My Hyperpink on my lips. The first thing I'll say about these is they are CRAZY pigmented! The shades that I bought dry matte, but there were some shimmery ones that I'm sure dry with shimmer. I have to mention that these are VERY sticky, and stay sticky long after they dry, which is kind of weird. If you can get past that part, then they are pretty amazing for a $2.99 product.

The applicator is a little different. It's got almost a paddle shape to it, which makes it a little difficult to apply the product. This stuff is like paint, very similar to the Kat Von D liquid lipsticks that I have raved about, but the KVD ones aren't sticky at all once they dry and these are. But if you want a cheap alternative to those, definitely go for these!

These colors are so vibrant and pigmented, I only need one coat with both of them. The lasting power is great, about 3 hours before I notice signs of wear, even with eating and drinking. Although they fade, they kind of stain your lips so it's an even fade. The one thing I don't like is they tend to gather in your lip lines after a while, so that's definitely when touch-ups are needed! And you definitely have to moisturize your lips with a balm before applying, because they will make any dry skin on your lips stand out ten times worse. Other than that, I have been absolutely loving these and want to pick up a few more shades!

Again, that's one swipe, super pigmented. I'd say these are definitely worth trying and seeing how you like them, especially since they're only $2.99. They're new foundations might not be so good, but these lip colors are another win from Wet n Wild in my book!
