ColourPop "Neutrals & Neon" Palette Swatches
The Neutrals + Neon palettes from ColourPop fell short of what they could have been. People wanted full neon and while they started off marketing this as a NEON COLLECTION, they quickly changed it to "Neutral + Neon" when they started seeing the feedback on social media.
