ColourPop All Things Equinox Palette

No comments :
The ColourPop All Things Equinox Palette is one of two new palettes that were released at Ulta. This one is the more cool toned of the two.
I feel like this one isn't too exciting, because at this point ColourPop has released SO MANY purply palettes that it seems we've seen all of these shades before.

Kindred is a metallic icy lilac.
Infinity is an icy beige-taupe.
Sky High is a pale purple toned gray.

Stellar is a matte pastel lavender with pink sparkles.
Moonrise is a rich purple with a gold shift.
Lil Dipper is a matte taupey mauve.

Nebula is a satin mauve.
Intergalactic is a reddish brown with metallic green shift.
Alter Ego is a dusty matte purple with silver sparkles.

Performance-wise, this palette is fine. I haven't had any issues with it so far. I think it also pairs well with the She's Got Solstice palette that came out with it. This one is just not a "must have" for me. It's pretty but I have too many like it already.

ColourPop She's Got Solstice Palette

The She's Got Solstice palette is one of two new palettes from ColourPop released on the Ulta website.
This is a 9 pan palette with a warm, earthy feel to it. There's a mix of mattes and metallics and the colors are all around pretty neutral, everyday shades.

So Sirius is a metallic peachy gold.
Big Bang is a matte, super pale pink toned cream.
Quasar is a matte pale terracotta peach.

Nova is a matte beigey-nude.
Estrella is a rose pink with strong metallic gold shift.
Super Stardust is a metallic bronzey gold. This one has a mushy, wet feel to it and is extremely bold!

Marz is a metallic icy olive.
Earth Angel is a matte coral pink.
Chromosphere is a matte reddish brown.

All the shades in this palette apply nicely and are very pigmented. That Super Stardust color, I can't find anything about it being a Super Shock formula, but it has that same mushy feel that they usually do. It's very easy to pick up way too much of it if using your finger, so go into that one gently! The mattes blend out great and I especially love the Marz shade as an all-over lid color. Of the two new palettes, this is the one I definitely favor.
