Catrice Liquid Metal Eyeshadow in Look Me In The Ice
I have been loving Catrice products lately and so, so happy that Ulta carries them now. I was super excited to see that they were in my actual Ulta store the last time they went, so I got to check out all the colors in person! I ended up picking out one of their Liquid Metal shadows even though I wanted them all!
The shadow just LOOKS cool. It has a fish scale texture to it, and there's parts of it that are raised so it looks like sand dunes almost. It has a drier texture than what I expected, but it's surprisingly smooth and pigmented.
Look Me in the Ice looks like a cream shade in the pan, but it turns out to be more of an icy white when applied.
When used light handed, this actually makes a pretty awesome face highlighter as well! It has a little sparkle to it, and a lot of shimmer. I had my doubts because like I said, it's got that drier texture to it and at first glance it looks like it's going to act like one of those messy chunky glitter shadows, but it surprised me quite a bit!
I love this shade and definitely want to try more. There's a mermaid green shade that might be my next purchase!
