Billion Dollar Brows Kit Reviews (2 in 1!)

No comments :

I have two kits to review for you today, both from Billion Dollar Brows! First up is the 60 Seconds to Beautiful Brows kit.
This kit retails for $24 on http://www.billiondollarbrows.com and contains two products.
You get a double ended brush, which has an angled brow brush on one end and a spoolie on the other:
The angled end is perfect for filling in your brows and creating any shape you want - it is soft yet firm enough to grab the product and place it where you want it to go, which is what I love in a brow brush.
You also get a Billion Dollar Brow Powder, mine is in the shade Taupe:
This is the perfect shade for the darker part of my brows, though I would LOVE it if this were a duo with a lighter and darker shade. I tend to like to use a lighter shade on the front end of my brows and blend the ends into a darker shade. The product itself is really nice though - it blends nicely and stays put throughout the day.

Now we have the Best Sellers kit. This kit retails for $42 on http://billiondollarbrows.com.
Inside this kit, you get four of their best selling products - all must haves for creating a perfect brow! First is the Universal Brow Pencil:

The spoolie on this is different from others that I have used, and I don't quite know how to explain it. You can tell by the shape that it's not your average mascara wand shape, and it's super stiff. This helps you to brush your brows into place and they really stay put when you brush them with this!

On the other end is a brow pencil. It twists up, which is so easy because you don't even have to sharpen it. It doesn't have a color name on it, but it's the same exact shade as the taupe powder!
The formula is super smooth and it's been a breeze doing my brows with this in the morning on days when I have to rush to get ready. I just brush them into place, fill them in with this, and go. The color lasts all day and doesn't fade on me. I'm very pleased with this pencil!
Next we have the brow gel:
I've never been a big fan of brow gels just because they tend to make your brows feel "crispy." The ones I have tried in the past do, at least. This one doesn't do that at all, just holds them nicely in place. The applicator is a little bigger than I would like for my brows, but other than that it is a nice gel!

It also comes with a Brow Duo Pencil that has a concealer on one end and a highlighter on the other:
These are creamy and blend really nicely - though I only tend to use this when I have extra time to devote to my brows. You can really carve out their shape using the concealer, and use the highlighting end right under your brow for lift.

Last but not least we have the Smudge Brush:
This is a flat synthetic brush for blending the concealer and highlighter pencil (though it can be used for many other things). It is nice and soft and though it's not as stiff as I expected it to be at first glance, it gets the job done!

I hope you guys enjoyed this review of the Billion Dollar Brows kits! Stay tuned for more coming this week on the blog!
