Eco Tools Correcting Concealer Brush

No comments :
I was drawn to this brush for the simple fact that it looks simple, yet has that pretty pop of teal on it. I'm a sucker for pretty brushes! I also really needed a good concealer brush, so I wanted to put this to the test.

It has super cute gold leaf detailing on top of the teal part. The fact that it is shaped the way that it is made me curious as to how it would apply my concealer, because I was used to using flat concealer brushes all the time, and they really don't do that great of a job at blending. I found myself often using my fingers to finish the job.

What I love about this is that it's almost like a mini stippling brush. If you look closely, you'll see that the bristles are uneven. It is a round brush, but the bristles are set in such a way that it disperses product nicely and stipples/blends out your concealer perfectly. The bristles are also very soft, not scratchy at all.

I've been using this with the Becca Under Eye Corrector, and it works so well. That is a pigmented product, and if you use too much it can look cakey. With this brush, it applies just the right amount and allows you to buff it out so that it looks nice and even, not cakey or patchy.

I believe I got this at Kohl's for around $8, so it's definitely an affordable brush and excellent quality. Eco Tools are some of my favorite brushes out there, and this one is no exception!
