TNBC Sally Nails for Halloween!
I did some Sally nails and liked how they turned out, so I wanted to share! My nails are nubs right now, or I could have gone into far more detail with them, but I still think they're cute :)
My best friend's daughter is having a Nightmare Before Christmas themed birthday party tomorrow, and since that is also one of my favorite movies ever, I saw it fitting to do my nails for the occasion.
I can't blog about a nail design without saying what I used, so here we go:
The black is no name "two way nail art pen and brush" - I absolutely LOVE this thing and got it in a few colors at Rite Aid at Halloween a couple years ago. I need to find more of them, because they are so perfect for detail work. They have both a striping brush and a dotting tool, and the colors are so opaque that you only need one coat/stripe/whatever you're doing!
The pink is Lower Regent Street by Nails, Inc.
The teal is Fly by OPI (Nicki Minaj collection)
The yellow is Pull Over by Sinful Colors.
I used Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics "Flatline" topcoat to make them look matte after I was all done.
My thumb turned out the best! Although the one on my right hand doesn't look as good, seeing as how I can't draw well with my left hand haha!
I hope you guys enjoyed! I don't have time to do nail art all that often, but it is definitely something I love to do. I will be sure to post more in the future if you guys like these types of posts!
