Toni is the one new Moondust shadow from Urban Decay that I knew I had to get. It is a light purple shade with a crazy blue shift to it. I love duochrome shadows, and I especially love the color of this one!
The color shift is so strong in this one that you can see it in the pan without having to get it to hit a certain light or anything (this made it really easy to photograph!)
The texture of it is nice and smooth, and it's a really easy shadow to work with. It's very shimmery but not glittery, so there's no issues with fallout.
It's a light enough color to wear during the day, but it's also got that awesome shift which makes it more fun. You can also put this over a black base to bring out that blue shift even more. I've been using this a ton and absolutely love this shadow!!
