Wet n' Wild Glitter Single in Groupie

No comments :
My last few Wet n' Wild reviews of the new 8 pan palettes were pretty positive - I can't say the same for this one. I tried to go into it thinking positively, but it's just one of those things that you know is going to be an awful product.

These recently released glitter singles look like they could make a cool glittery gel liner, or even serve as a glitter shadow if packed on. I chose the color Groupie, which is pink.
This is pretty much impossible to work with. It's like they mixed Vaseline with glitter, put it into pans and called it a day. It even SMELLS like Vaseline. It's thick and goopy, applies patchy, and is just an all-around mess.
There's no way to get an even application with this stuff. Frankly, I don't know how they even let this get to the stage of selling it to the public, it's that bad.

There's no way you can use this on your eyes either - because of the Vaseline-type feel of it, even with a primer this stuff creases really quickly. It's a huge fail.

If you are looking for a glitter fix in your makeup look, I suggest loose glitter and a glitter adhesive, like the LA Splash shadow sealer or the Hard Candy glitter glue. Those are both super affordable and work amazingly well - you can get a solid glitter look on your eyes using those products, as oppose to this patchy mess. Granted they are only $1.99, but I honestly can say they're not even worth that much.
