Tat2U Products Review!

No comments :
*Disclaimer: These products were sent to me for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
I heard of Tat2U not too long ago when I saw ItsJudyTime on YouTube show a few of their products from a makeup expo she had gone to. Unfortunately she didn't go into detail about the products and they interested me, so I immediately wanted to check and see if they had a website, which they did. I contacted them and they were kind enough to send me a goodie bag full of stuff! I've had a chance to play around with it now and will do a review for you guys.
The company makes both temporary body art products and makeup products. I got to try some of both. The first thing I will talk about are the Ink Pens:
I got Turquoise, Red, and Black. They have 10 colors total and they retail for $12. These are fine point, felt-tip markers that make doing body art a breeze.
Now, of course they can be used to color in the temporary tattoo outlines, but the great thing about these is that they're perfect for freehand designs. I know lots of little kiddos that will enjoy having me draw on them! haha
Here are swatches of them with and without flash. Once they dry, they set and will wash off when you shower or use the remover wipes. For longer lasting power, they also make a setting spray for the pens to seal the artwork and make it last longer.

The next thing is the temporary tattoos:
This is the Butterfly pack - they have 36 designs on the website and each pack comes with 2 sheets. They retail for $5. These are a little different from your average temporary tattoos - they come on a sheet that almost feels like a sheet of paper, and they also come with special prep wipes for you to apply them with instead of just using water. This helps them stick better and apply without a problem. Also, they are all outlines so that you can color them in however you want with the Ink Pens!

Next is the 2 Take Off Wipes:
They come in a 5-pack and retail for $5. If you try to just wash off the body art, it leaves a faint stain - these remove it all, no problem. They smell really good too, almost like the soap they use on real tattoos! All you have to do is wipe off the art and rinse with water - really simple and easy.

Now to get into some of the makeup products, the Lip Creme Extreme:
I got 2 colors in Fabulosity (a medium pink with slight shimmer) and Hearts & Flowers (bright red). These come in 6 shades and retail for $18. Let me tell you, I was REALLY impressed with these. They have a nice scent that reminds me of Bonne Bell strawberry products. They are like a lip gloss, but apply like a lipstick. So pigmented!! They last a really long time without being drying at all, which a lot of long lasting lip products tend to be,.
With just one swipe you get this much pigmentation. It's crazy! These are a fabulous product that I definitely recommend.
Last but not least, are the 2 Cover U Extreme Cover Cremes:
These come in 8 shades and retail for $22. I got the Blue Neutralizer and Light Beige, which matches me pretty perfectly and I don't know how they knew that! haha
The Blue Neutralizer is mainly to cover the bulk of a tattoo. When I tried this out I covered part of my wrist tattoo with it, and used the Light Beige to blend over it and make it match my skintone more. This is also great to use for blue-ish under eye circles, or to neutralize veiny eyelids.
The Light Beige has been my under eye concealer since I got it in the mail! Amazing stuff. It is super creamy, blendable, and pigmented. It also conceals REALLY well.
These are just one light swipe over my wrist tattoo - on the left is the blue neutralizer (which has an orangey tint to it) and the right is the light beige. Pretty awesome stuff.
All in all, I was really impressed with the makeup products! And the body art stuff is definitely fun too - if you like having body art without the commitment of it being permanent, then pick up a few pens and transfers, you'll have a blast! I can't wait till my little guy gets a little older so I can give him some temporary tattoos as well. I think they're a great idea for kids, especially to have at birthday parties and whatnot. If you want to check out the full line, go to the Tat2U website!

I also filmed a video review, you can check that out here:
