$6.99 Urban Decay Electric Palette Dupe!

This may go fast now that it's being talked about, but I saw on Nouveau Cheap that Rue 21 has a $6.99 dupe palette for the Urban Decay Electric Palette! I ordered one to do a comparison post/video on, and I also ordered a second one to do a giveaway! Look for that coming soon.     Ok I'm excited!!! I wanted the UD palette but because I'm more of a neutral eyeshadow person, I didn't think it was worth the price. If this ends up being a good dupe then I'm buying it!
